If Semanticus Pro isn’t for you, we’ll refund your purchase in full within 30 days of the transaction — no questions asked. This applies to first purchases and to renewals (annual or monthly).
Refunds are processed by Paddle (our merchant of record) back to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank. Your license token is deactivated at the next verification; the free tier keeps working, and nothing you built is affected.
Contact us anyway — if something is genuinely broken for you we would rather make it right. Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time to stop future renewals; cancellation is not the same as a refund and Pro remains active until the end of the paid period.
Nothing in this policy limits any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law or equivalent consumer protection legislation in your country.
